Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions

The current conversion value of loyalty points is £1 spent will give you one loyalty point equalling to £0.025 reward. We will not exchange Hiho points for cash. We may from time to time change the number of points you collect on products. We will display a notice on this page advising members of changes.


Hiho loyalty points can be earned exclusively for purchases made online at www.hihosilver.co.uk. Cannot be claimed on purchases made in store, at shows or via telephone orders.

To be awarded points, members must spend £1 or above on qualifying products in a single transaction. During time of point promotions or special offers, the amount of points awarded may change and may vary depending on the products bought or the amount spent.


Charity and Last chance / Sale items are excluded from the loyalty programme. Points will be awarded for any shipping / delivery charges incurred for your orders.


Hiho is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.


Earned points can be viewed in the “My Loyalty Points” section from the customer account. They have no value until converted into vouchers.

Hiho loyalty points can be converted into loyalty vouchers at any time after the purchase by the customer in the “My Loyalty Points” section from the customer account.

Once converted into a loyalty voucher, the voucher can be redeemed exclusively on online purchases using the redemption code provided and from the validity date given, which is one month after the conversion. Once a voucher has been converted, this process cannot be undone.

 

Vouchers are valid for one year and on online purchases with a minimum order value of £50.


Each Hiho loyalty voucher must be used in full in one transaction and no change will be given. The coupon can be used as part payment towards product(s) of a higher value provided the balance of the payment is covered by another suitable method.

Points awarded at the time of a transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if Hiho determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, no advice given or action taken by our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.

The Loyalty programme is operated by House and Wine Ltd trading as Hiho, PO Box 124, Chard, TA20 9BT and can be withdrawn at anytime.
