Introducing Morris Richardson Watches!

Have you seen the new section on our website dedicated to a new kind of wristwear?! Yes, we’re very proud to announce that we’re now stockists of Morris Richardson Watches – both in our Sherborne shop and online.

Why Morris Richardson?

We’re social media addicts at Hiho, and Morris Richardson is a brand that we kept seeing on our Instagram feed. More than that, we saw the company’s beautiful watches being worn (and looking gorgeous!) with a number of our pieces on different people’s wrists!

We loved the fact that Morris Richardson Watches were different. The tweed straps really appealed to us, as the range of colours was so interesting and different, and coordinated with our pieces so well. But Morris Richardson Watches are clever too. The design means that the straps are interchangeable. We adore the Harris Tweed, but we also love that you can change the strap for one of the soft leather straps or even the Milanese mesh if that suits your outfit or situation better.

One of our brand ambassadors, Karen McConnell (aka Karen & Clan) was wearing one and we loved how it looked next to her Cherry Roller Bangle. We spoke to her about the watch and how she found it and she was full of praise for it. That was the icing on the cake.

In addition to the different colour straps, Morris Richardson Watches are available in silver or rose gold finishes, in two sizes for men and women.

Our Queen Bee popped over to Morris Richardson’s stand at Blenheim Horse Trials this year to make the final selection. She was just blown away by the quality. In addition to the watches for the shop and the website, she also bought herself one, combining rose gold and Milanese mesh to complement her Cherry Roller Bangle. In fact, she was so smitten she took the whole Hiho range with her away from the show, and Tom, the founder of the brand, was seen carrying the shop stand and the watches back to her car, ready for them to travel down to Somerset with Emma!

Another thing that we liked about Morris Richardson was the people behind the brand. We like working with lovely people. The passion for the product, the thought behind it; the care and attention really spoke to us… and that’s before we talk about how stunningly beautiful they are. SO pretty!
