Iconic Leaf Pit Jump Charm & Limited Edition Burghley House Charm set to launch

Hiho Silver is launching two new charms and one new Roller Charm at this year’s Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials. Both charms feature iconic sights from around the incredible five star event, and the Roller Charm is dated to commemorate the year.

William Fox-Pitt chose the Leaf Pit when Hiho’s King of the Road, Andrew Ransford, asked him what his most iconic fence at Burghley was. Well known by any Burghley fan, the Leaf Pit has a deep drop, as is captured on the Limited Edition Leaf Pit Charm that has been created to celebrate this. The Leaf Pit Charm is made using sterling silver and has the detail of the fence (and rider jumping it) etched into the front.

The Limited Edition Burghley House Charm is beautifully detailed, capturing the famous outline (and windows and turrets) of one of the most recognisable houses in the eventing world. It comes on a silver split ring so it can be worn on charm bracelets and necklaces, but also multi link bracelets and more.

The Exclusive Sterling Silver Burghley 2019 Roller Charm has a bead with ‘19’ etched on one side and Hiho 25 on the other, with the charm element featuring a horseshoe with Burghley written underneath it. This is the third year that Hiho has released a Burghley charm at the event.

“We absolutely adore Burghley and can’t wait to exhibit, release the new pieces, and judge the best dressed at the first horse inspection again this year,” said Emma Warren, Managing Director of Hiho Silver. “There’s something so magical about Burghley – the sunrise over Burghley House, particularly on cross country day when you can feel the excitement in the air, is breath-taking and something our stand team love. And the cross country course is breath-taking in a very different way! When we started designing our new pieces for this year’s event, capturing the essence of these two elements was quite a challenge but we loved it and are thrilled with the two charms that came out of it.”

For Hiho, the event starts with the First Horse Inspection in front of Burghley House on Wednesday afternoon. Emma will be judging this year’s best dressed male and female rider alongside founder of Joules, Tom Joule.

All the charms will be available on Hiho’s stand at the event but can also be pre-ordered on the website. Prices start from £25.
