If you order something and decide it's not for you, pop it back in the post within 14 days for a full refund in line with our terms and conditions (please remember to get a proof of posting).
We extend our returns period for items purchased during December, so that you have time to exchange Christmas presents if required, the last day for Christmas 2017 purchases will be 14th January 2018 . Please note that we can only refund to the original purchaser - we can only offer exchanges at the current price without a receipt.

We really want you to be happy with your purchase - so we offer a one year guarantee as standard on all our jewellery. If you have any problems with your purchase, simply call us and return it. We can usually repair it for you or give you a replacement. The only items we cannot accept back are earrings for hygiene reasons; of course your statutory rights are unaffected.
