• Dispatch: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
• Standard UK Delivery: £2.95 for orders up to £50, sent via a non-tracked service.
• Free Standard Delivery: Orders £50 and over include free non-tracked delivery.
• Royal Mail Signed For: £4.95 for orders under £100. Free for orders over £100.

Returns

If it’s not quite right, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please keep your proof of posting.

Kindly note: Engraved or personalised items and resized pieces are not eligible for return.

1. Repackage the item in its original condition and include your order details.
2. Use a reliable postal service and retain your proof of posting.
