The current conversion value of loyalty points is £1 spent will give you one Purple point equalling to £0.025 reward. We will not exchange Hiho purple points for cash. We may from time to time change the number of points you collect on products. We will display a notice on this page advising members of changes.
Hiho Purple points can be earned exclusively for purchases made online at www.hihosilver.co.uk. Excludes Sales, Charity items and gift vouchers. Cannot be claimed on purchases made at shows or via telephone orders.
To be awarded points, members must spend £1 or above on qualifying products in a single transaction, excluding taxes. During time of point promotions or special offers, the amount of points awarded may change and may vary depending on the products bought or the amount spent.
Hiho is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
Earned points can be viewed in the customer account section. They have no value until converted into vouchers. Points are valid for 365 days from issue date after which they will expire.
As soon as a £5 value minimum of Purple Points is collected from the purchases, the points can be converted into a loyalty voucher at any time.
Once converted into a loyalty voucher, the voucher can be redeemed exclusively on online purchases using the redemption code provided and until the validity date given, which is one month after the conversion. Once a voucher has been converted, this process cannot be undone. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Charity, Last Chance / Sale items and gift vouchers.
Each Hiho loyalty voucher must be used in full in one transaction and no change will be given. The coupon can be used as part payment towards product(s) of a higher value provided the balance of the payment is covered by another suitable method.
Points awarded at the time of a transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if Hiho determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, no advice given or action taken by our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
The Purple Point Loyalty programme is operated by House and Wine Ltd trading as Hiho, PO Box 124, Chard, TA20 9BT and can be withdrawn at anytime.
