Our customer service is something we truly pride ourselves on, our Countess of Contentment, Michelle, will always do her very best to help resolve any issues or questions you have - be it about a product, an order, or a much loved piece of Hiho that needs a little TLC.

The Hiho Silver Service
Have you ever noticed our King of the Road perched under his 'Hiho Workshop' Sign on the shows?
Yes?
Well, that's a little corner of our stand where real magic happens!
Our jewellery is made to be loved and made to be lived in, and with so many of our wonderful customers loving and wearing their pieces for many many years they sometimes find their Hiho in need of a little TLC!
From simply needing a good polish, to replacing roller beads, shortening chains and bracelets and reshaping rings after years of love, we’re very proud to offer services that allow your Hiho to continue living life with you for many more years to come.
From Andrew on the shows, to Michelle and Amanda back at Hiho HQ, we’ll do our very best to get your jewellery looking as good as new again.
We can offer heavy duty polishing using our special polishing wheel; arrange the replating of your rose and yellow gold plated pieces; and repair where we can.
Most importantly, you never have to be embarrassed as to why your piece may need a little fixing! We've heard everything - from rings squashed by hooves, a necklace sucked up by the hoover and an equine dentist's bangle that got chomped by some teeth!
